Institute Refund Policies
Requests for registration refunds must be made by email at least 30 days prior to the event, subject to a $50 processing fee. Requests for refunds of the Institute after 30 days prior to the event will not be honored unless they are requested in writing and are due to extenuating circumstances. ACTP reserves the right to offer a credit to the following institute.
Requests made 20 days prior to the Institute date will not be considered.
Payments by institutions will be refunded to the institutions, and payments made by individuals will be returned to the individual.
