ACTP is proud to showcase exceptional success and learning centers from around the country. We aim to highlight the outstanding work of our student success coaches, coordinators, directors, and administrators who work diligently to create innovative strategies that engage their students and enhance student success!
ACTP will gladly accept nominations to recognize an outstanding center. Centers of the Month will also be included in the nomination pool for the Annual ACTP Center of Excellence Award, presented at our annual conference!

Bergen County Academic Coaching and Writing Center has been recognized by the Association for Coaching and Tutoring Profession (ACTP) as Center of the Month!
Under the leadership of Kelli Hayes (Academic Coaching Supervisor) and Dr. John Findura (Writing Center Supervisor), these centers exemplify excellence in student support, collaboration, and academic skill-building.
The Academic Coaching Center helps students develop motivation, time management, and study strategies to become confident, independent learners. The Writing Center provides individualized support through every stage of the writing process—from brainstorming to final revisions—helping students strengthen their voice and academic confidence.
This ACTP honor highlights Bergen’s ongoing commitment to empowering students and fostering success through personalized, high-quality academic support.
