Note for registering someone other than yourself or registering multiple people:

If you are registering someone else, you MUST include their name and email address in the event registration. Otherwise, they will not have access to the event app and important conference messages.  If you get stuck registering, go to the three dots on the right side of your search bar and clear the cache.

Also, if you are registering more than one person, be sure to refresh your browser after each registration.

**Registration must be paid in full by the rate deadlines for rates to apply.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

To cancel, email admin@myactp.com

Cancel before October 1: $25.00 cancellation fee

Cancel from October 2 to December 19: $50.00 cancellation fee

Cancel from December 20 to January 20: $75.00 cancellation fee

No cancellations can be made after January 20 due to hotel and other financial obligations.

A $25 transfer fee will be charged to transfer registration to another person at the same institution.  ACTP membership requirements remain the same.

The deadline for transfers is January 20.
